IPX Series IP call recording hardware View | Download PDF
The SmartWORKS IPX is an essential component of your call recording solution that provides packet filtering and media forwarding for IP-PBXs. Supporting multiple protocols, it has 2 on-board connections for monitoring up to 120 stations of upstream and downstream RTP and one on-board connection for media output. The IPX provides complete event triggering, and call state reporting for many of the industry leading IP-PBXs. Full media capabilities are available when the IPX is combined with the IPM-260 or a soft recorder for low density applications.

NGX Series SmartWORKS™ NGX Series Passive PBX Call Recording System View | Download PDF
The SmartWORKS™ NGX is an all-in-one resource for logging behind a PBX. Every key pressed, call taken, and telephone action performed by an agent is automatically decoded and sent to the recording application. A powerful set of features, combined with PBX integration, makes the NGX a true single slot solution for call logging application providers.

DP Series SmartWORKS™ DP Series T1/E1 Passive TAP Cards View | Download PDF

The SmartWORKS™ DP sets the standard for passive tapping of T1/E1 trunks in high-density environments. The SmartWORKS™ DP is a reliable tool used globally by many of the world’s largest call logging application providers.

Operating between a central office and PBX, the SmartWORKS™ DP’s high impedance receivers records both sides of a call without interrupting service. Each board can process up to 60 channels, with a maximum of 512 channels per host. Service is never interrupted even if the SmartWORKS™ DP-equipped PC is shut down.

DT Series SmartWORKS™ DT Series Single or Dual T1/E1 Terminate Card View | Download PDF
The SmartWORKS™ DT provides trunk termination and call control on digital T1/E1 networks. Call Progress Monitoring (CPM), DTMF detection, voice play / record, and barge-in features makes this board an invaluable resource for interactive telephony applications.

The SmartWORKS™ DT connects directly to a Central Office or PBX providing line supervision to answer and generate inbound and outbound calls. Each board processes up to 60 channels, with a maximum of 512 channels per system. Each channel has programmable volume control, tone generation, echo cancellation, and Call Progress Monitoring. Outbound dialing and call control are managed through the SmartWORKS™ API.

LD Series SmartWORKS™ LD Series Next Generation Analog Passive/Active Card View | Download PDF

Designed for analog networks, the SmartWORKS™ LD has both passive and terminate network interface capabilities. Featuring programmable voltage thresholds and loop reversal detection, the SmartWORKS™ LD is easily configured to accommodate variations across analog networks. This series offers This product is offered in 4, 8, 16 and 24 port versions, suitable for small to large offices and call centers.

The LD series accomodates low to high density environments with 4, 8, 16, or 24 port boards. The SmartWORKS™ API supports a total of 512 channels per system. The tapping point can be anywhere on an analog line: between Central Office and PBX, Central Office and phones, or PBX and phones.

SmartWORKS is Ai-Logix’s core product line consisting of both passive and terminate cards. All share a common API set. A core set of powerful DSP algorithms are the foundation of all SmartWORKS boards. The following are features common to all SmartWORKS products.

ACTIVITY DETECTION –
The Activity Detector is capable of monitoring the line for activity and silence. It features programmable parameters such as activity threshold, silence threshold, minimum silence, and minimum activity duration.

· ALERT TONE – Alert tone generation is supported for call logging applications. The generated alert tone is also mixed with recorded data to minimize distortion to the recording. (Passive tap cards are unable to play the sound out onto the line).

· AUTOMATIC GAIN CONTROL – Each board features an optional automatic gain control (AGC) followed by a gain stage. AGC handles a wide, dynamic range that is typically encountered when a voice logger is connected close to a PBX.

· AUTOMATIC VOLUME CONTROL – Each board has the capability to take the output of a channel mixer, apply automatic volume control (AVC) to it, and adjust the output by programming volume control.

· CALLER ID – All SmartWORKS boards support Bell 202 and V.23 standards.

· CALL PROGRESS MONITORING – Ai-Logix’ Call Progress Monitoring (CPM) tracks the progress of outbound calls by identifying possible call results (or call states). Ai-Logix’ CPM was designed around a signal processing service able to detect and recognize of a wide range of Call Progress Tones (CPT) - such as dial tone, busy signal, or ring back.

· DTMF/MF TONE DETECTION – Each input has its own set of DTMF, MF, and activity detectors (Both MF R1 and R2 tones are detected). The following DTMF digits can be detected: 0 - 9, *, #, A, B, C, D.

· ECHO CANCELLATION – Each board is capable of providing adaptive echo cancellation, however it is reserved for terminate products.

· ENCODERS / DECODERS – SmartWORKS offers a wide range of voice encoders and decoders including G.723, G.729, G.711 and MS GSM.

· FULL-DUPLEX CHANNELS – Two voice resources for one channel.

· HIGH DENSITY RECORDING – Support for up to 512 channels per chassis

· LIVE MONITORING – All Ai-Logix boards support live monitoring. All SmartWORKS boards are equipped with a 3-pin audio jack that can be used to listen to audio in real-time. The audio jack is designed for use with an Ai-Logix 3.5mm to 3-pin connector audio cable, which facilitates a microphone/headset.

· MULTI-VOLTAGE TRIGGER - Voltage threshold, voltage detection and polarity reversal can all be managed through the SmartWORKS API.

· MEDIA STREAMING – Support for Windows Media Player (WMP). Remote live monitoring through media streaming on WMP.

· ONLINE VOLTAGE READING – Voltage values can be read using the SmartWORKS API. There is no need to use a voltage meter.

· STEREO RECORDING – Record far and near end of conversations in separate files.

· TDM CONNECTIONS – All SmartWORKS boards can be configured to connect channel input or DSP output to the global CT bus, MVIP or H.100.

· TONE GENERATOR – Each logical channel has a programmable tone generator that can be used to play tones to the TDM switch. User applications can generate standard DTMF tones of programmable amplitude and duration.

· UNIVERSAL PCI - Support for 32-bit and 64-bit PCI bus (support for PCI express will be released in 2007).

· VOICE BUFFER – Continuous recording with 5 second voice buffer.
